  I like Arby's food. My last 3 visits, the outdoor speaker has been out of commission with for the drive through necessitating ordering at the window. This was over the course of 2 weeks. This last Sunday about 3pm, I waited behind a single car for 11-12 min just for them to fulfill that one order before I could even place my order. They were down to 2 staff members as I asked what was the hold up when I placed my order. They obviously have a few staffing issues, however, their staff has always been friendly and engaging and they do provide the food you expect when ordering from Arby's. I'll increase my rating if they will decrease the inconvenience to their clientele by fixing their stuff.
